We experienced a serious 2nd floor water leak in our family small cape cod house. It was a few days before it was discovered, so the damage was extensive. We chose Service Master at the recommendation of our insurance company. Service Master has completed the initial mitigation and are currently working on a restoration estimate. They have been very helpful in walking us through the process, explaining each step as we go. They did a good job of cleaning up the place, and we look forward to working with them on the final restoration work.

After, addressing the no communication issue in the beginning, everyone has been really great and a pleasure to work with. David has been exceptional so far taking care of everything that need to be done.

We were referred to Service Master to help with remediation from a water leak under our floorboards. Quick responses and quick action. More impressively, they were able to interpret an insurance adjustor that refused to speak in plain English. Karl Johnson the General Manager and his associate Kay were great in helping us understand the problem, decipher what our insurance adjustor was trying to say, and give us an idea of what our next steps should be. Would certainly recommend.
