We experienced a serious 2nd floor water leak in our family small cape cod house. It was a few days before it was discovered, so the damage was extensive. We chose Service Master at the recommendation of our insurance company. Service Master has completed the initial mitigation and are currently working on a restoration estimate. They have been very helpful in walking us through the process, explaining each step as we go. They did a good job of cleaning up the place, and we look forward to working with them on the final restoration work.
