I hadn't been here in a while. Hubby's favorite backpack strap broke and I took it here to see if it could be fixed. They examined it and said it could be. The cost was $20 for a whole new reinforced strap. It was hubby's favorite travel backpack so money was no object (within reason of course!) It took them a week to fix it and when I picked it up, it was as good as new. The replaced strap was reinforced on the backpack. I was so pleased. And hubby was too. They still do awesome shoe repairs, clean leather and suede items, and cut keys too. All in all, a great business to get all of the above services done with good results.

Outstanding work and they don't charge you an arm and a leg. I'm going back to get some more shoes repair. The best part it's right at the entrance of the mall and convenient to drop and pick up.
