I will NEVER use this company again. Larry, Curly showed up and quickly dispersed in my home. One of the technicians was shocked that I only had less than 10 vents in my small house. He said, "it's gotta be more...this is a whole house"! I told him, I think I know how many vents I had. While one technician was reviewing the vents, another went downstairs. He returned showing me some lame picture claiming my blower was dirty. I had no idea if that was my furnace or some random person's picture. He should have called me downstairs to see it.
