Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

We were promised a service and we did not receive that service. Everyone was quick to respond to our calls/emails prior to the appointment. Now that the service is “complete” no one will respond. On Sears website it says they will use powerful truck mounted equipment. I have attached some photos of the completed project. I would never call this job complete. Tech literally showed up with a small husky air compressor, air hose and a $10 shop vac from Harbour freight. Once we thought job was complete it was time for payment. They are the “professional” so we assumed job was complete. He wrote our CC payment information down which was unusual as they should call in to the office for that type of payment. (Never know in todays society) After the technician left we decided to take photos of the inside of the duct work… oh it’s awful Until this job is completed properly we will hold the payment.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ADD! They do not use high powered suction machines! They stick a whip in your duct and push all the dirt down to your air handling unit which screws up the system! They don’t even care that they mess up your system! The regional manager makes promises he doesn’t keep! His name I believe is Torrence. He promises to call you but never does! They broke the contract and we are starting the process to reverse the credit card charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The customer service is simply awful! They did not show up the 1st scheduled time. When going over the invoice, they charged me $199.00 for sanitation. WTF is that??? When I went to inspect my furnace, they did not put my furnace filter back in! Pretty important! I feel so ripped off! I have access to the media, I plan on exposing this company and there independently owners on how they advertise and rip off people. My advice, if you get the service and your not happy dispute the charge and hold there money until you are satisfied!!! Game on Sears!!!!
