Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem in a short amount of time. Unfortunately my system needs a part that has to be ordered. We will see him again once he receives the part. A+

The technician looked at our oven and was unable to get it running, unfortunately. He called a senior tech person and had me try to reset bu flipping the range circuit breaker -no luck. I rate him a 4 out of 5 for trying, but still no functioning oven.
