John from Sears was an In-N-Out situation as a tech·ni·cian guy he made fixing my washer as easiest pie I cannot understand what he does but I appreciate how he do it I love that he took his time to make sure I was happy and things didn't turn out so bad as I thought it would he made sure things got taken care of in the right way he is one in a million John is somebody that you will want to have come to your house to fix your washer or dryer or any appliances in your house he will make sure he do everything and anything he can do to know what he does is appreciated and he wants you to know he loves what he do so John keep up the good work and again Happy Holidays.

Tech was excellent. BUT ordered parts(I saw him order them) never got ordered. Reordered one part shipped other cancelled they kept making appointments then cancelling. Finally both parts here. Made appointment (with13 hour widow) and the failed to show now almost a month for repair Their computer rescheduled for next day (now 12 hour window) After multiple attempts reached a human in some foreign country who promised and guaranteed 8am. Finally showed at 3:30 and did repair. Ruined several days waiting. Unable to pick up wife at airport unable to cook for almost one month. Will be dropping “warranty “

One of the most pleasant experiences I have had with Sears Service. I called about service on our dryer which was under a Sears service contract. A service technician was available the next day. John called when he was on his way. He was professional, complete, and courteous. A real pleasure to work with and a positive reflection of the company. I appreciate the prompt attention and repair of our appliance.
