I was having Easter diner at my house and needed my carpet shampooed. I have used other companies in the past and was looking for someone to clean my carpet and found Sanitize 4 Serenity on Yelp. From the reviews I read, I reached out to this company and Eric responded. AND l was so happy he did. Eric gave me an estimate by email for my carpet project. He arrived, and confirmed his previous estimate. Also, Eric explained what to expect after he cleaned my carpet and gave me a choice of which cleaning method I wanted him to use. Excellent whole house cleaning of aged and stained carpets. Made a difference. Serious about his work he explained carefully each area's condition. Also had him clean two upholstered chairs - they came out like new! Great job. Highly recommended
