Love the hair but Horrible experience with a stylist/Staff. If only the staff was as nice as the salon aesthetics I would’ve gave them 5 Stars because the hair bundles are bomb but that doesn’t overpower being rude to a current customer, the young lady was so ratcheted and ignorant if I was the owner I’d be embarrassed she worked in my salon.. just tacky and unprofessional.

Brandi is amazing!!not only is her customer service efficient but it also personable to you!!! I have been going to her for a while now and would not go anywhere else because of the level of service I receive!! Highly recommend. She is the best!!!

was treated rudely by the assistant. Blow dried and combed my hair with an attitude because she wanted to get her nails done, as if I didn’t schedule my appointment a whole month ago. Some one asked her was she ok and that’s what she stated. I love my hair though. The owner is pleasant but that was my first time there and the service I received was unremarkable. Like I said I LOVE my hair though. I’m a quiet person and I mind my business and speak low, I’m not rude at all. Wasn’t a friendly environment.
