I had an appointment today to secure two toilets that were rocking (imagine rodeo potty!) and a sump pump that has never worked since I moved in 1988. The location of the sump pump is in very tight quarters, underneath a basement staircase through a very tight squeeze around the laundry tub. Gary P. was my tech, and he made some miracles happen for my home today! The first toilet, once lifted, had some incredible things underneath and was attached to a flange in such a way that was truly insecure. Scott from Saffer was great and thorough. Our water heater broke the day before our home sale inspection. Scott spent two days investigating and replacing our system and was so honest and thorough. Greatly appreciated all his work.
Had water line for ice maker installed as Best Buy did not sell installation correctly. Updated shut off valve as well.
Gary completed installation in about an hour and I was able to make Dr appt being just 5 minutes late.
