Easy paperwork and friendly front desk staff. The ability to have photos taken of your eye to avoid dilation if medically recommended was great (there is a fee for the photos - but worth it for my time and getting to see what the doctor sees). I've been to many eye doctors over my lifetime and this was a fun experience and no pressure to purchase after my prescription was printed.

HOW is that receptionist still employed ? I am a customer for life because the ophthalmologist is simply fantastic, but all I can do is laugh reading these reviews. Glad it’s not just me on the receiving end of her hostility.
