The team at Riverside Cleaners were immensely helpful in doing an alteration to the straps on a formal dress in a short time span. They were able to advise on the alteration so that we didn’t tighten up the bodice of the dress until we had experimented with the new straps, which ensured that the alteration didn’t end up being too tight. It’s also nearly impossible to tell that the straps were altered in any way. Their flexibility with the timeline of the alteration and my changing schedule was very much appreciated, and I was struck by how reasonable their prices were. Would highly recommend them for alterations!

Did an amazing job tailoring my dress for big event in nyc! Several layers of dress and sleeves. Can’t tell that it’s been altered at all and fits great now! Also fast and great service. Very happy & in my dress right now as I write this review.
