Since starting school, I haven't reviewed a business fr but I had to shout out my girl Rhea! One of the first things I do when moving to a new city is find a new brow spot. God blessed when I found her. I believe your brows could make or break you, so I'm very particular with how I like mine done. Rhea is not only accommodating & patient with my request, but also executes flawlessly. Guys, I kid you not--12/10! I've since moved from Baltimore, but whenever I return she's the first spot on my list. Try her, you won't be disappointed. Peace bye-bye :)

I'm not sure how I had never heard of this place, but I saw it was highly rated and had to try. I went for the first time today. Rhea was very fast but also did a wonderful job on my brows. Her technique is less painful than most; I'm not sure how she does it. I will definitely be going back!
