Clausen helped us get our house sold within just days of listing above asking price! He helped ahead of time by identifying what small fixes would help get our house ready to sell and look it's best. His recommendations for different contractors to work with for these fixes and post home inspection fixes were spot on - affordable and great quality. Clausen kept us informed throughout the process of how things were progressing, and was always available to answer our questions. Clausen was able to do what other realtors couldn't. Story below.We decided to sell a rental property and initially listed it with a family friend. We priced the property below comparable homes hoping it'd sell quickly and avoid additional mortgage payments on a vacant property. Our relator struggled to generate interest and I turned to Clausen who told me our price was extremely aggressive. He assured me he could move the property in 30 days. On July 1 I gave Clausen the listing and we received an offer at full asking on July 28!
