Wish there was 10 stars cuz that’s what they deserve. Great service, helped me out when my AC blew out. Gave multiple options, and did an amazing job. The owner himself came out to help and fix the issue. Can’t beat that!
These days my first criteria for service are 1. answering the phone, 2. showing up when promised. That's worth 4 stars. Actually finding and fixing the problem takes it to eleven.Service: Heating system repair
Quality Refrigeration deserves 5 stars based on their customer service and service team. I've called several different appliance companies and I was redirected to another company stating they do not repair certain commercial appliances before I could even tell them what is actually wrong. Quality Refrigeration understood our needs, squeezed me into the schedule, and ensure I would be taken care of. The Technician Patrick was very knowledgable and experienced in his field. He took time to explain his findings and gave great suggestion on how to maintain each appliance.
