They generally are prepared for my appointment on time, occasionally have to wait. The service is pleasant & caters to your individual preferences. I generally get a regular pedicure & gel on my nails. They're very accommodating to my needs as I am recovering from a stroke. My bf helps me into pedicure chair & I get the manicure in the same chair. Both the pedi/mani looks great every time.

My friend scheduled a manicure/pedicure appointment at QQ Nails & Spa. I was pleasantly surprised that we were immediately seated after entering and responded that were there for the scheduled appointment. The QQ Nails & Spa employees provided excellent care and customer service. Please note the best time to schedule an appointment is Sunday for free parking. I am looking to returning to QQ Nails & Spa in the near future.

I came here today to get dip powder nails after one on my thumb popped off. I walked-in at around my 11AM on Saturday and they were able to take me in immediately.I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they were able to recreate it beautifully. I didn’t feel rushed at all and they took their time working on my nails.They do prefer cash, and they will direct you to use the ATM in their shop (which was free). All in all a great experience and I will definitely be back again.Services: Dip powder
