I’ve taken both of my kids here since they were both little. I absolutely love this place. They’ve always been great with my kids. No problems or issues with scheduling or changing an appointment for any reason. The new office is so nice and much bigger than the old office!
Porter detail is always crowded. My daughter’s appointment was at 3 pm we did not get called until 3:57 and we were leaving at 4:26. Once in the back everyone moved fast. She received a cleaning and 2 different X-Rays. The initial wait was ridiculous. I felt like a walk in patient and not a patient who scheduled an appointment. I think if they can cut back on the wait time I would have given 5 stars.
I’ve been coming here since I was a child. My most recent appointment was in March for a routine 6-month checkup. The office was extremely busy, and the waiting room was crowded. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but I wasn’t called back until around 11:00 AM.
Once I was taken to the back, I felt like the appointment was rushed. I didn’t feel like I had enough time to fully explain my concerns. When I mentioned that I had a chipped tooth, the doctor brushed it off and said it was only a small chip.
