Kim is hands down the best nail tech I have ever had. Her attention to detail is impeccable. I had never been able to grow my natural nails as long as I have before consistently going to Kim. I always have a great time getting my nails done by Kim. We both get excited about how the chrome colors will look and I always leave with a smile!

After moving to Baltimore all of my coworkers said they went to Polished. I tried other salons closer to my house and was disappointed in the service and quality. I went to polished twice now and will definitely be back. The staff is very efficient and professional. The quality is excellent and I cannot say enough good things about this place.

What an experience today! Power went out mid-manicure and Annie pulled out her phone and flashlight and finished as if nothing happened! And they look insane I’ve been going to Annie for some time now for dip and acrylics and she is fantastic. QueAnn is absolutely incredible as well! Never a bad experience!
