1st time stopping by Platinum Auto Spa as I’m new to the area & I needed my new truck to get a refresh wash from all the snow we had - I called last minute & Tyler told me he would get me in same day - my car looks like I just came out of my dealership just a month ago - shiny, squeaky clean with attention to detail! Tyler did it 100% great!

Unbelievable attention to detail. Easily the best car detail in Baltimore. 3 year old car came home looking factory fresh. Only gripe is I had purchased a full detail as a Christmas gift and price went up by the time we redeemed it. Besides that they do an amazing job and you won’t be disappointed.

I just moved to Baltimore and wasn’t looking to drive another hour to go to my usual, I did a few research and I’m glad I found Platinum auto spa. Randel was excellent from phone call to actual appointment explained everything I didn’t understand now I have a new family. I love love love love it, service and chill spot was amazing come here thank me later.
