“I've been to Children's Urgent Care of Towson twice now and both experiences have been top notch. From web based appointment scheduling and paperwork completion to school and work excuses to rapid tests and treatment plans, Children's Urgent Care makes it easy so you can focus on what's important...getting your kids healthy. There are definitely drawbacks to the urgent care approach. Even with appointments, my two visits have taken a while. When I visited on a Saturday during flu season, my son and I waited for about four hours. At least one child, who was a baby in an emergency situation, jumped the line because of necessity. What I liked is that the receptionist communicated with those of us who were getting jumped what was happening and why it was necessary. My second visit, during the week, took about an hour. The waiting room features a TV (that played Bluey during our three hour wait), fish tank and some stools that can be moved around. It was enough to keep my sick son occupied while we waited. The actual patient rooms are also fitted with TVs, playing something different than the waiting room, and some wall games as well. Medicine, in some instances, can be purchased on site to save the hassle of a prescription at a pharmacy. Electrolyte popsicles were also available to my son when they were concerned about dehydration. Lollipops and treasure boxes are offered on the way out. All in all, when last minute sickness strikes my kids and their normal pediatrician is not available, I have no qualms taking my kids to Urgent Care of Towson.“

“I strongly encourage anyone with a child in their life seeking urgent care to consider this new location of services. A few of my initial observations: * It's clean because it's brand new * Child friendly environment and decor, set my child at ease for the visit * Kind and courteous staff throughout the visit * We were seen IMMEDIATELY...nobody knows about this gem in Carney/Parkville so we were tended to quickly at 6:45 pm on a Tuesday * The nurse and doctor were vigilant in following covid protocols and they had AMAZING bed side manner which is hard to come by these days * CVS and Walgreens are across the street for RX needs. I'll return if either of my children need urgent care. I encourage you to check this small town community vibe facility out if the need arises for you. We want to keep places like this in our neighborhood!!“

“Dr. Pat Dantzer is absolutely the BEST internist/PCP I have ever encountered (I am a registered nurse, so it’s been quite a few in my professional life). I moved 2 hours away, and still see him. He is a literal genius. He makes sure you understand your health completely. One of the best humans I have ever met. I’ll only stop seeing him if he moves out of state or something. Until then, I am a patient for life. I highly recommend him for your care; if you are in search of someone knowledgeable , caring, personable, and trustworthy. An encyclopedia he is. “This facility was amazing to my daughter who had an ear infection onset just after school. I immediately made an appointment after I learned of her symptoms from her teacher. My appointment was set 1hr in advance. When I arrived, the woman who checked my family in spoke very kindly and professionally. The facility was clean, staff was very kind and welcoming. My toddler was seen, diagnosed and given a prescription quickly. We were in and out in 20min or less. Thank you all for being efficient and thorough. “
