I had a tricky renovation of an old Baltimore Row House that become more and more complicated as the old layers were peeled away. One Source did a truly amazing job of making the traditional and gorgeous aspects of the original house shine, while modernizing the rest in a seamless fashion for a spectacular result. They kept me updated along the entire journey as new challenges in the old structure, wiring etc. were uncovered and helped me understand how to make the best choices for my budget and the house. We highly recommend Todd and his team at One Source Contracting (OSC). We engaged OSC to restore a 200-year-old hewn log house, deconstruct its previous additions and replace them with a newly designed addition that was better integrated with the log house. The project was ambitious. It was structurally complicated and riddled with unknown challenges associated with integrating a new structure and contemporary systems into an unusual historic structure.
