Jessica is THEE BEST NAIL TECH IN MD! She is genuinely nice, optimistically funny & solely respectful! I am sooooooo happy I met her! Being from Philadelphia I do not play nor enjoy the “I’ll rush to do your nails kind of messy and you’re going to still pay!”games at all!! When I tell you Jessica is a great nail tech she is great y’all! She will never do you dirty when you’re not looking I promise every time you look up the job is being done 100% CORRECT!
