The work the guys who built on our deck was good but before the job was done they up and disappeared. My husband then got messages saying they wanted their final payment because the job was done. We tried calling and leaving messages saying, "No, the jobs not finished. We won't pay you til you finish what we asked for." Their sales guy Jerome only texts my husband and was supposed to come to our house to go over what we still needed and of course he never showed. Again we start trying to reach him or anyone and a day later we get a text about some d*** excuse. I am really impressed. In terms of communication, they were very friendly and each and every step they took was really worth it and professional. They are great to work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were very respectful of the house by covering everything in plastic and cleaned up after work was done. They worked fast and delivered great results. I will use them again for all my upgrade needs.Service: Remodeling
