The 2 ladies (albeit, one of them is leaving soon) are so professional, responsive, nice... Cara checked in on me before and after my wax because I told her I'd had some bad experiences with people who didn't know how to pull my particular color hair and I ended up with dozens of ingrowns. The actual waxer took her time, she was friendly but not overly talkative, and she really knew what she was doing. I’ve been waxing here with Erin for about a year now and she is the best. Her work is clean and neat. I get a tight bikini and the lines are nice and straight, with no hair left behind in the places I don’t want!! 10/10 recommend her. The studio is also really cute and cozy, with hassle free scheduling.
I came here for the first time while visiting baltimore for my anniversary. I'm very picky with my eyebrows and she did a awesome job on my brows...I wish they were in Delaware! She was nice and I felt comfortable while getting them done. Thank you again. Hopefully I can come back again.
