I Karate Davis have been to Northwest Health & Rehab on several occasions and would recommend this place for any one who needs rehab. The staff here are excellent and give good care.
I have been at the nursing home for approximately 5 years now. They recently changed administrator's and her name is Stephanie and also the new DON named Joan which are doing an excellent job running the place. What I like about them is they have an open door policy for the residents and will always be there to listen to you and if you have problem they will fix it. All the nurse's are very professional and do there job's. All the GNAs are very prompt at answering the call lights and helping with whatever you need. I have only had a few issues in all the time I've been here and Stephanie or Joan would help me resolve the issues. The nursing home and rooms are very clean....read full review
My brother was in this facility for three months with end stage dementia. While the building is old and not fancy, I found it to be clean, beginning with the parking lot. The staff were kind and compassionate. The people at the front desk were usually very cheerful and gave a warm welcome upon entering. The gentleman who worked there was especially kind! Whenever I visited my brother, he was clean and it was apparent they were doing everything possible to keep him safe. I never heard any of the staff complain and usually they responded to my requests. Working in a care facility such as this is not easy. People are quick to find fault.
