Good morning everybody my name is Angel I've been going to the salon for 8 years they have the best service the best prices they treat you good and they treat me like family they have been the best service and I'm a New Yorker and I'm very picky but this is it especially if you want great service they have specialties and each worker so if you like specifics done that stuff done ask for certain ones once you go there. Great service highly recommended
I have been going to Nail Studio for at least six years and have used every nail tech there. They are all good to me and very professional.I always get lots of compliments on my nails.
I would have scored it higher but although they do an incredible job on my nails and is very convenient for someone looking to be serviced on the Westside of Baltimore I witnessed unprofessional conduct to another patronizing customer which happened to be a teenager. I'm BIG on customer service and the response to this young lady from one of the techs was out of pocket. In their defense she was very rowdy and disrespectful but when in a business setting you must conduct yourself accordingly.
