Our sink decided to explode last night, and we found Mr. Rooter. It’s been three hours since the first call, and Rich has left our sink in better condition than it was before the leak! Saved our holidays, thank you!
Axel was very Professional and knowledgeable. We had a nice conversation while he was installing my kitchen faucet. Once he was finished he recommended a restoration company to access the water damage. Great job Axel!
I needed a plumber to repair my in-laws home (an hour away). Everyone from the dispatcher to the technician were both professional and polite. They allowed me to supply the new toilet and we didn't know it was broken until the tech went to install the new toilet. They came back the next day (no additional charge) and installed the 2nd toilet.
Having contractors coming into a home can be stressful to begin with. The technician made my in-laws (85 &90 years old) very comfortable with his manners and respect.
