I got a Garbage disposal restart on 8/24 and it stopped working again a week after. They applied the money I paid for the restart to a full replacement when it stopped working so I didn’t have to pay in full on 9/16 when I got a full replacement of the garbage disposal. The customer service was great and they didn’t argue with me about price and didn’t argue with me about anything. Very kind, very nice and easy to work with.

My first experience with Millenium plumbing was in spring. Shawn made an immediate and memorable impression. He came later than his normal hours and accommodated my schedule. He helped snake my main line to clear a clog that caused a toilet to back up. Quick, clean, efficient and knowledgeable. Most of all, he was an awesome guest.
He left such an impression that fast forward to early September 2025- my water main was leaking. I saved his cell number- reached out after 6:00 pm, he called me back quickly, remembered me and said he’d be there the very next morning.

Called these guys after I thought I had a clogged sewer line and my technician Sean came out the next day on time (<24 hours from my call) to inspect it. Listened to my issue and did a visual inspection and gave me a good professional opinion and to monitor it instead of charging me for an unnecessary work up.
