Love this place! It's calming and comfortable. I've seen a few massage therapists here, who've all been great, but I've been seeing Esra consistently for awhile now and she's amazing! Every time I leave I feel 5" taller and am walking with perfect posture again. Highly recommend!

I just moved to Baltimore and was happy to find the little local hippie enclave that is Metta. Having gotten regular massages over the past decade to relieve chronic pain from stress and musculoskeletal issues, I can discern “average” from “great”. Mike’s profile stood out to me because it mentioned trigger point massage, which is a technique that I’ve benefited greatly from with my previous therapist. I scheduled a few sessions with Mike and was very impressed with their attentiveness and friendliness. Metta is such a sanctuary! The space is a perfect escape from my insanely busy life. I have always been impressed by staff and how they structure the business. Such genuine, diligent people work here! I’ve been going to Esra for massage therapy and cupping for a couple years now and she does not miss. She is very skilled and does her best at providing services tailored to my needs and preferences. Do yourself a favor and book with her!
