This is my second round of treatment through VA with MEND. I must say that the communication between VA and the organization is very poor. It takes way too long for MEND to contact the veteran after authorization has been submitted from VA. My treatment has always been excellent. My massage therapist, Shante was absolutely amazing. She provided important tips and information for when I am not receiving treatment to help with my pain. Her professionalism and passion for her work is impeccable. I appreciate how she ensured that I was receiving exactly what I needed during my session. I am looking forward to future sessions with Shante.
