About Maryland SPCA
The Maryland SPCA is highly recommended for its excellent care of pets. Many express gratitude for the affordable veterinary services, including spaying, neutering, and vaccinations. Reviewers appreciate the calm and reassuring staff, especially during surgeries for rescue animals. The organization is praised not only for its care but also for its mission to help animals in need, making it a compassionate choice for pet owners seeking budget-friendly care. The staff is described as very friendly and helpful, with genuine smiles, and the facilities are kept clean and well-maintained. Customers have had positive experiences adopting pets, including a sweet and playful one-eyed kitten and a small dog, and are very happy with their new family members. However, some customers have had to wait longer than expected for their appointments due to the organization being busy and potentially understaffed.
Speedy is an outdoor cat. I came home and she walked up to me like she pick me to care of her. I take care of two other cats outside..I didn't want her to get pregnant and have liter after liter. My don't like me now. So I took her to SPCA and she's doing well. But she don't want to be an outdoor cat any longer..Oh yes they gave me cage so she can sleep in, cause I have indoor cats. But anything go get your pet
Everyone at this facility is always very caring and kind to their little furry charges and the people who are there to find a new family member. I brought this little girl home last week , and I couldn't have been more pleased.
I should say that she's the 7th animal I've adopted from this facility in the last 30 years (I've also adopted from the Baltimore County shelter in Sparks). She came home healthy, which is always important
