We had a water leak in our kitchen and were worried about mold. Keith was recommended to us so we had him come out to do a Mold inspection and Indoor Spore Trap test. He was very knowledgeable, recommended products to clean/sanitize the area, explained the testing process and answered any questions I had. He tested on a Friday and we had our results by Monday & he sent us a detailed report. The results put our mind at ease so we can move forward with closing things up under our cabinets. I highly recommend his services and would use him in the future if needed.

Keith was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection of my rooms to determine accurate mold spore counts. Since I was having health issues, he literally was able to come to my house within 2 hours as I needed the mold count results for a doctor's appt. that was taking place 2 days later. He forwarded me the results within 24 hours! If you want an accurate, unbiased air quality report prior to considering professional mediation, I would not hesitate to contact Keith.

I experienced a house fire and needed an Air Quality Specialist to conduct an air quality test, specifically for soot and mold. As I was unsure of what to expect, I was concerned about the testing process and whether I would receive accurate information regarding the air quality and safety for my family. I had the pleasure of working with Keith from Maryland Biodetection. He arrived on time with advanced equipment and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the findings of the report, which he provided at the end of the testing.
