To Whom It May Concern,

It is with profound hurt and utter disappointment that I write regarding the abysmal treatment I received from March Funeral Home following the loss of my beloved wife on February 17th, 2025. In a time when I was most vulnerable and seeking solace, your establishment added immeasurable pain to an already unbearable situation.

From the outset, what I had hoped would be a supportive experience quickly devolved into a series of insensitive and frankly, disrespectful interactions. Look at her picture and how you made her look. She doesn't look like the same person. I would never bring anyone to you for business.

I called here multiple times I don't know if they have any actual care for the families they service .. Every time I call in to enquire about services for my father I am rudely interrupted and transferred.. They are in no way a place I would want to honor my loved ones memories...
