In addition to this being a barber shop, there is also a woman who works there and she does a variety of braids, maybe weaves, and I believe natural and relaxed hair. Over the past year, I've visited Vashon Smith approximately 10 times to have my hair braided. I've always left a satisfied customer. She does an excellent job on the braids and really listened to what I wanted and executed the look perfectly. If, say, I had an issue with the braids between visits, I would tell her and she'd implement some kind of safeguard to prevent the issue from happening again. The shop itself is pretty standard.
