I use to go here but I stopped because I was a regular customer and they started getting too comfortable with providing mediocre service and then being rude along with it. Alex is real cool but he barely likes to do nails, he'll assist with taking your polish off, or buffing your nails down. There's 3 people who can do really good designs. There was awesome when they first located on Liberty Heights now it's just too much, they have ran a lot of customers away with their rude personalities. It's about the money with them. I really liked my experience here. I came from out of town for a simple pedicure. As a walk-in, I was serviced quickly. The man that did my toes, consistently used my name and was very friendly. Unfortunately they didn't do manicures. Other than that, the service was nice.Service: Pedicures
