Decided to get a pedicure at Luminous Nails , surprised that it was not busy. It is located in The Festival in Bel Air , Maryland. The shop was open and clean, staff were so friendly. My nails turned out great without the extra cost. The last shop in Bel Air charged extra for everything, and I felt like an outsider when I am sitting in the shop when a regular comes into the shop. I will be returning.

I get manies and pedies often! I started going to Luminous searching for more personal treatment instead of feeling like assembly line material. The esthetician is the owner and this salon offers similar prices to those I've paid all those years! She even made sure my preferred nail colors were available on my second visit making me feel extra special! Luminous' is a one-stop salon with services that include everything from eye brow coloring to waxing to body waxing, from full to half-body massage, to name only a few.
