Thomas St.Germain was very thorough in his inspection of plumbing problem and educated me on correct preventive maintenance. He is extremely skilled and highly professional every time he has worked on my plumbing repairs.
Thomas, our technician, was very helpful in our hot water heater installation! He came earlier than the estimated time and quoted us 1K less than Home Depot (for both the unit and labor). The entire installation took about 4 hours and everything was up and running. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about his profession. Would certainly recommend in an emergency water heater situation!
Mike Coleman came out to my house and provided some of the best service ive had from len the plumber . Ive used this service in the past on multiple occasions the service and value has always been good but Mike made sure everything i needed was taken care of and you cant put a price on customer service ! thanks mike !
