BEWARE: Consider reviews before booking on StyleSeat. Stylist rescheduled appointment from afternoon of 1 Mar to the morning of 2 Mar with no notice. After rescheduling, the stylist did not show and provided no communication or reasoning. I stood outside in the rain for 10 minutes waiting to see if the stylist showed, she never did. Should be removed from Styleseat for unprofessional business practices. Likely a scam.

Similar experience to all other reviews, she cancels appointments about a hour before you’re supposed to go to receive your service then it’s a challenge to reschedule. My last experience with her was booking a refill. She canceled on me a few hours prior saying that she has her other job to go to and wouldn’t be off on time. I understood that. I tried to reschedule and what she had available did not fit with my schedule. My original appointment was not cancelled and when the appointment time came, my card was still charged. I let her know that my card my charged when services weren’t rendered. She apologized and said that she’d refund me. I gave it two weeks...read full review
