The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do not make me feel silly for not being tech savvy. They are very supportive. I was very impressed, this morning I had to restart the router, and I asked if he wanted me to call back once it had rebooted. He said he would wait because they were experiencing high call volumes, and he did not want me to get put back into the rotation, so he held while it rebooted. That actually solved my issue. I am very thankful for their support and assistance.
