Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were super professional, supportive and helpful! Ms. Mance is one of a kind! She is the most sweetest, supportive person I’ve ever met. I had a much better experience this time than my last visit as a soloist. The sound system is way better than before. Thanks for the upgrade. The staff I encountered were sweet loving, hospitable people. My nerves were all over the place because I had more responsibilities with this funeral than others because of my relationship with the family. I suggest you get a better media system that can play any video without delays and skipping. Thank God for Anthony being so smart he greeted us the moment we came in and was well equipped to assist every one of our needs for the service today. The staff was very personable, Mr. & Mrs Brown sat down with my family personally. They were very professional and compassionate. All of the staff was was respectful and accommodating. Aaron Hopkins Brown, our driver was an absolute pleasure. He had an amazing gospel play list and got us to and from the funeral home safely and on time. This funeral home did a great job with my dad and I'm so grateful for them because they made everything easy so we didn't have to worry about anything. Black owned businesses get a lot flack but this one was top tier for our family.
