We worked with Jeffrey A. Lees on a second-floor rear addition to our home in 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Jeff has deep experience with homes in our area and immediately understood how to add meaningful space while respecting the original character of the house. Our home was built in the early 1930s, which came with real engineering and layout challenges. Jeff solved those creatively, without compromising or disrupting the existing spaces we already loved.

We have a historic home and Mr. Lees has been excellent on designing a porch addition that would compliment our home while keeping in mind guidelines that needed to be followed in Baltimore County. He is very in tune with his customer and listens to what your ideas might be and has infinite knowledge. All of his drawings and ideas are beautiful with great imagination and expertise. I would highly recommend him for any project you are considering. You will not be disappointed. He also follows up when the project is be carried out.
