Really great atmosphere and people. Went one time and now my skin is instantly better especially with the at-home routine that they gave me. I have a hormone disorder so there's just some things that working out doesn't fix. Really excited to continue my journey and investing in myself

I was booked for the Cold plunge and the Sauna session and I will say it was absolutely amazing!! I typically workout often and as a result, I’m sore most of the week. The sauna session & cold plunge definitely helped relieve this as it “shocked” my body like never before. I wish I could’ve lasted the full 3 minutes submerged, but it was a great experience nonetheless!

This was my first time trying out an infared sauna. I wasn’t too sure what to expect. Shawnta and Judy were very knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable to give it a try!
Right after my sauna session I felt very relaxed and calm which was exactly what I needed.
That night I slept like a baby! When I woke up the next morning I had zero bloat! My tummy was flat flat!
Definitely booking another session!!
