I had my first ever appointment at the Canton location yesterday. Off the bat, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and the woman at the front desk was welcoming and kind. I did not have to wait long to be seen. Laly did my procedure and she was very patient, thorough, professional and informative. She answered all my questions and was honest with what I should expect with my results and additional recommendations to achieve them. It’s been less than 24 hours, so not everything has settled in place and I still have some slight soreness on the injection sites (which is expected), but so far I am pleased. I had an outstanding experience at Ideal Image! The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism, and the facility was impeccably clean and welcoming. Alana, the front desk concierge, showcased her extensive knowledge, making me feel both comfortable and confident in my choices. The nursing team was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring my procedures were completely painless. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and will definitely return as a client in the future.
