They came to my rescue within 15 minutes I was stuck at my job with a dead battery my portable jump start didn't work. The man arrived very professional & prepaired for the Job let me tell you. We tried the first jump start it didn't Work I thought all hope was lost And then The Technician said hold on I'll grab my other one Hooked it up told me to try it now and turn right over man I was so relieve and happy. A co-worker was walking down When we were attempting to start the vehicle And by the time he was walking back up The technician and I will both ready to go Talk about smooth sailing. ICAR roadside assistance made an unfortunate situation a whole lot better. Came to tow the car the same night in just a short amount of time. Great pricing, awesome customer service. 10/10
