They w ere very helpful, reasonably priced, they came when they said they would and they were very attentive to detail. They were very responsible and cleaned up after themselves. It was a positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job, they came on time, there were no issues on the materials, their manager is always available, they did a phenomenal job and I love my floors, their price is very reasonable and I would recommend them.

Back in 2014, I had carpeting installed throughout my entire house that I had just purchased. (2300+sq. ft, not including the basement) This installation was filled with problems that are too many to list. The business manager at the time was rude, failed to rectify the problems, and blew me off. Even the salesman refused to respond to phone calls, text messages, etc. In the end, I was left with an incomplete job, missing carpet, and a $50 gift card for my troubles.

Years later, the owner, Avi Gunzburg, finally learned of the horrible installation and customer service that I dealt with. He seemed very concerned about how my situation was handled and was not happy...read full review
