I was a patient here and loved the office and staff for many years. I went to another company and the insurance plan that I had was not in their network. I have since switched to the plan that now has Horizon Family Dental in the network. It looks like a lot has changed in those 2 years. When I called to schedule an appointment the person who answered the phone was INCREDIBLY rude, talked over me, was extremely condescending and not helpful at ALL. She advised that she could not verify if the exam would be covered, and would not confirm the price of the exam out of pocket until 1 day prior to my appointment, by which time it would be too late to cancel the appointment...read full review

DR. ARIF MASOOD is nothing more than a sleazy salesman. All he will do is try to upsell upsell upsell. Before you know it he will be pushing a care credit card on you for procedures you don't need. Honestly disgusting how little consideration he gives for his patients and their well being. It's all bottom line for him. Run away as fast as you can.

This place makes appointment and then you sit for an hour waiting to see a hack of a dentist. You go in to clean your teeth and it feel like a an amateur hour upswell at a jiffy lube. How about clean my teeth and not wast two hours of my day.
