Nick and his team were exceptional. I’ve never experienced such professionalism and quality work from a contractor, EVER! They finished the job ahead of schedule. Every time I called Nick with a question or concern he answered the phone and addressed the issue promptly. Their prices were lower than other quotes. I can’t say enough good things about the final product or the customer service-OUTSTANDING.
Nick and his son, Nick (same names!), were really great to work with. They helped us choose the best windows for our needs. We had18 windows replaced, and they were all 80+ years old. The molding, framing and everything were so customized to the house, but Nick's team figured it out for us at nearly half the price of the big companies!! I received several estimates from a few different places and they all had huge markups. The only thing is that the installers are just 2 guys and they're super busy, so the timing is sometimes tight.
