I was genuinely excited to come to the practice after a positive interaction with the receptionist who scheduled my appointment. Unfortunately, the in-office experience did not reflect that same level of care.
As a new patient—especially after a previous negative experience elsewhere—I was hoping for something different. Upon arrival, I was asked to complete paperwork I had already submitted online. My appointment was scheduled for 10:45 a.m., but at 11:23 I was still waiting. After asking about the delay, I was taken back about five minutes later (45 min after my scheduled time). I had an amazing experience with Hoffman and associates. Throughout my high risk pregnancy I always felt listened to and was amazed at how much they kept an eye on me and my son. The delivery at mercy was also amazing. Although it ended in a c section the drs and nurses were so supportive and explained everything that was happening. I had difficulty with blood pressure throughout pregnancy and they monitored me so closely during the pregnancy and after. Special shout outs to Tracey, Tiara, and Dr Anderson-Tull!!
But honestly every Dr, midwife, tech, phlebotomist , and staff member was amazing! I would recommend this practice over and over again
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Doctor Hoffman and her incredible team for the outstanding care they provided during my pregnancy and delivery. What should have been a joyful experience became a frightening, life-threatening moment after I had my daughter — but thanks to their quick action, skill, and compassion, I am here today.
