I was referred to Hicks Cutz Salon via Instagram as I was looking for someone near me that could braid, and I liked what I saw on @hickscutz_salon’s page. I DM’d the owner, Reesie, about an inquiry and she was really nice and professional. I booked the appointment and was unfortunately a little late, but she was super nice and lenient about it. I have been going here for many years now, the service is great. I would recommend my friends and family to visit this shop. It's best to make an appointment, you won't have to wait a long time at all.

I came during the time of the pandemic to get a beard and neck trim. I'm essential, don't worry. I am very picky on who touched my hair and beard. I took a chance during this crappy time and the young gentleman didn't disappoint. He's only a year older than me and we were able to talk about things we grew up watching and listening to. Very comforting. I told him what I wanted, and he basically mirrored it damn near perfect. I'll be coming back for the foreseeable future on a weekly basis for beard/neck trims and every 3 weeks for a haircut. I highly recommend this guy and hope you all give him a chance and your business.
