I brought my 15 week old kitten for her first vet visit to Heart+Paw. The staff were kind and made her feel very comfortable. The exam room had fun toys to keep her entertained. They also offered her enticing treats throughout her visit.
Ahead of time, Sade educated me on everything I needed to do beforehand.
Highly recommend Dr. Martin and her team!
Ps there is a parking lot and dedicated spots out front.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Plus, there was essentially no wait time once in office, I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. However, their schedule wasn't very accommodating for a sick visit (cough) and a routine vaccination appointment that I had scheduled was canceled with minimal notice via a very long confusing text. They gave me one time slot as an alternative, which didn't work. Overall, I'd come back but client communication and scheduling could be improved.

Everyone here is always so kind. They let me help with my pup when blood is drawn, even though I probably just get in the way. They use LOTS of treats to help soothe him and are always happy to play on the floor with him. Dr. K remembers her patients and is always willing to chat about any concerns. My pup is reactive to other dogs and gets anxious with shots, but they treat him as if he is an angel. When I mention concerns with his meds, they are immediately willing to try something else to help everyone.
