The space is beautiful, relaxing, extremely clean and comfortable. Aliya is worth every penny. I did a 60 minute massage focusing on my neck pain and chronic headaches and I walked out feeling so incredibly relaxed and pain free. I strongly recommend this practice! I will be returning :)
Aliya is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring practitioner. She is very attentive to what you need, and happy to adjust the focus of the visit to match how your body is feeling at the time. She provides great feedback and offers exercises to do at home to ensure you are taking care of your body. I can't recommend her enough! We're lucky to have her in the neighborhood.
She is also happy to provide an invoice for me to request reimbursement from my health insurance, which is a great help.
Aliyah is an excellent massage therapist. Her professionalism and expertise are apparent, and the attention to detail she shows based on my specific problem areas is incredibly helpful. She will listen to you and work with you based on specific pain or discomfort that you're experiencing, and the results are amazing. I have been going once a month for almost a year now and it's one of the best decisions I have ever made for the sake of my self-care and wellness. I would recommend her to anyone who is considering trying out massage therapy. You will feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and refreshed in her care. 5 stars.
